This all happened on the 12th September in Brooklyn, and now you can get stuck into how it all went down, courtesy of DJ Zedd releasing the video for his remix of Magic’s ‘Rude’, that encapsulates just what occurred.

Absolut are renowned for pushing the boundaries of how nightlife can be shaped and evolved, breaking the mould as they go. With the help of visionary artist Vita Motus and electro producer Zedd, they kicked off their Absolut Nights and transformed the waterfront and skyline of Brooklyn into a realm of light with an incredible interactive light show which included a massive disco ball comprised of LED panels, followed by DJ Zedd’s heavy performance. The video itself follows a frustratingly good looking lad’s day; from waking up, through to donning annoyingly well-fitting attire, through to the night itself and his buddies coming along for the ride. Ending with him at the event and blown away by it all.
The Absolut Nights events transcend ordinary party format. They build on the brand’s artistic heritage, allowing artists to delve the depths of their creativity to truly step into new zones musically and artistically. Cities that have featured so far are NYC, Johannesburg, Sao Paolo and Berlin, with more to come.
