The British Music Experience presents ‘In Conversation with Ian Prowse, ‘ an evening of anecdotes and questions from the Pele/Amsterdam frontman

The Merseyside-born singer-songwriter will join The BME for an evening of stories and an exclusive Q&A.

With his career starting in the early 90s, Liverpool’s Ian Prowse certainly isn’t short of stories to tell. From singing to Polydor records with his first band Pele, to forming his group Amsterdam, and working with the likes of Elvis Costello and Christie Moore, Prowse has a wealth of experience and tales behind him, and he’s showing no signs of stopping.

Taking over The British Music Experience on 13 October, Ian Prowse will allow the audience an insight into his career with what are set to be incredible anecdotes, followed by a Q&A and perhaps even a song or two. The evening will provide an opportunity to hear Ian’s anecdotes and insights of the ups and downs of his career and an opportunity for audience members to ask questions.  Ian will also be bringing his guitar, so you can bet he will throw in a song or two as well. As Ian’s said: “No better place to look back at my 25 years of rockin’ than at The British Music Experience.”

‘In Conversation with Ian Prowse’ 7pm Friday 13 October 2017
