Catfish And The Bottlemen Announce New Single – LISTEN NOW

Catfish And The Bottlemen have announced details of a new single, ‘Pacifier’, set to be released on December 9. It follows ‘Rango’ and debut single ‘Homesick’, tracks that have pointed the spotlight on the band with praise from NME, Clash, Q, XFM, Radio 1 and 6Music. The lads certainly impressed Gigslutz back in June with an explosive support slot for Glasvegas.

‘Pacifier’ is inspired by a friend of frontman Van McCann’s who lost her mother the age of 13. “I have a weird view on death, where I just shut it out and move on quick, don’t think about it because it’s inevitable. She was trying to get it through to me that there’s more to it than my experience, and that I’d never know how it felt, because it won’t ever happen to me” says McCann.
