The DMA’S are back and brimming with confidence, new single ‘In The Air’ is a stunner and bodes well for their eagerly awaited 2nd album. 

As is the DMA’s way, one listen and you’re hooked; Tommy’s vocals, the fist pumping guitar hooks, the rich timeless melodies made for the kind of indie anthem that bands rarely seem to write (or write very well) any more. Don’t worry, the Britpop influences remain strong, but there’s now also the likes of Depeche Mode and New Order, too. And it’s a potent combination.

Can’t wait for the album. All we need now is some dates with Liam Gallagher and more festivals announced to go with the Liverpool Sound City headline slot (w/ Peace) and Manchester’s Neighbourhood weekender please, lads.
