This Feeling Track of the Day : Fuzzy Sun ‘Want Love’

If Blossoms are behind something there’s a pretty good chance it’s gonna be good. However, Fuzzy Sun’s debut EP, their debut EP and the first release on Blossoms new record label Very Clever Records, is great.

Tom said of the label, “We’ve always had real admiration for the likes of legendary independent record labels Factory, Creation, Rough Trade, Heavenly and, more recently, Skeleton Key records. We want to bring something more back to our hometown and set up a proper record company here in Stockport

Just when we thought it impossible to love Blossoms anymore, they’re now not just giving new bands a platform to break through touring with them, but through their label. Brilliant. To submit your tunes to the label, email: submissions@verycleverrecords.com

Fuzzy Sun’s psych-pop rock sound comprises of a wide variety of influences including Chic, Tame Impala, Fleetwood Mac and Dr Dre. Dirty disco flared bass lines and seductive harmonies set to go down a storm at venues, festivals and the dance floor. All four tracks on the EP are produced and mixed by Blossoms.

Catch the band on tour with Blossoms in May alongside festival appearances such as Festival No.6, Liverpool Sound City and Kendall Calling. Ones to watch.
