Based in Sheffield Sophie and The Giants sound like a cross between Wolf Alice, Florence and Yonaka and have just released ‘Monsters’, one of the most accomplished, impressive debut singles we’ve heard in a long time. Currently out on tour with Trampolene and Himalayas and playing The Great Escape and other festivals this summer, there’s no doubt this is a band going places, fast. Ones to watch (as quick as you possibly can).
