Gigslutz Video Vote, April 2016

It’s the third week of the Gigslutz April Video Vote! We’ve previously featured ‘Kiss My Frowning Face’ Mahoney & The Moment, and ‘Little Charmer’ by Stone Thieves. This week, it’s the turn of the Seattle-based pop-punk band, Tacocat.

The band have been making waves with their new album Lost Time, and the opening track ‘Dana Catherine Scully’ has a super cool video to accompany it. Inspired by the X-Files, and directed by band members Emily Nokes & Lelah Maupin, the self-made music video “showcases their catchy pop-punk sounds” and pays homage to the FBI investigator from the cult 90’s TV show. Watch, enjoy – and don’t forget to vote!
