Kyle Falconer details debut solo UK tour dates

After the release of his first ever solo-single ‘Poor Me‘ last week, The View’s frontman, Kyle Falconer, has revealed he will be hitting the UK alone on his debut tour later this year.

The ‘No Thank You’ tour will see Falconer bringing new solo material to venues across the country.- including Liverpool’s EBGB’s and Manchester’s Night & Day – throughout June, August and September 2018.

The tour will commence on June 16, at Newcastle Upon-Tyne’s Think Tank.  The show will be followed by a performance at London’s Kenwood House in Hampstead Heath (17) and a slot at Glasgow’s TRNSMT Festival on June 30.

In August, Falconer will pick up his guitar again in order to perform in six Scottish cities – Dundee (August 2), Aberdeen (3), Rosyth (4), Falkirk (18), Inverness (24), and Fraserburgh (24).

Following the Scottish run of dates, the rest of the UK will be able to get a slice of Falconer live in September.  The September leg begins at Stoke’s Underground (6) and will continue on to Liverpool (7), Leeds (8), a penultimate show in Manchester (13) and then, the ‘No Thank You’ tour will finally come to a grinding halt at Sheffield’s The Plug 2, on September 15.

An event presale is available for fans who have pre-ordered Falconer’s debut album No Thank You via Pledge Music, with tickets going on sale tomorrow at 9 am.  General ticket sale is from 9 am Friday, May 4.
