Liam Gallagher favourites Trampolene perform two tracks and talk about the influences and inspiration behind them for This Feeling TV

Welsh rockers Trampolene have notched up a number of indie mile stones in the past year: heading a full UK tour, supporting former Oasis front man and king of Twitter Liam Gallagher as well as The Libertines, to now headlining the BBC Introducing stage at Radio 1’s Biggest Weekend this summer.

Now, to support their tour and latest album Swansea to Hornsey, front man Jack Jones appeared on a brand new segment of Red Stripe Presents: This Feeling TV dubbed What’s The Story, where artists review their inspirations behind their songs. The talented singer, Libertines tour poet and lead guitarist of Pete Doherty’s  band Puta Madres recorded an intimate acoustic set of songs outside London’s iconic Alexandra Palace, a venue Jack and his band mates dream of playing, plus offered viewers a few insights on how the songs materialised, from Rolling Stones guitar riffs to finding song lyrics in a local paper.

Trampolene have just finished a spell-binding headline tour of the UK including a career highlight show at London’s Scala. You can catch them at The Great Escape, Radio 1’s Biggest Weekender and supporting Liam Gallagher at Finsbury Park.
