LISTEN: JP Cooper shares new track ‘Satellite’

Further to releasing his Keep The Quiet Out EP earlier this year, Island Records signee, JP Cooper has just unveiled a brand new track titled ‘Satellite’. A showcase of Cooper’s development in sound, ‘Satellite’ takes us on a journey of love and longing, with a chorus both uplifting and evocative and his soulful vocals had us gripped from the moment he opened his voice. The track is the first taster of Cooper’s new material; heartfelt, romantic and emotive, ‘Satellite’ is a truly captivating example of just why JP Cooper is hotly tipped for success.

Having previously been seen on Gigslutz in our track review of Nick Brewer’s brilliant track ‘Miss Online Superstar’, Cooper has been on our radar for some time and it is great to see him beginning to come to the forefront of the industry in his own right. Cooper’s Keep The Quiet Out EP was his first release since signing to Island Records and after receiving support from the likes of Huw Stephens at BBC Radio One, JP Cooper has truly made his mark in 2014.

Have a listen to the track below and let us know what you think @Gigslutz_
