Neighbourhood Festival Manchester confirmed for 2018 return

Neighbourhood Festival has confirmed it will be returning to Manchester’s city centre as a multi-venue music showcase, this October.  It follows two triumphant years in venues such as Albert Hall and Gorilla, as well as the forthcoming Neighbourhood Weekender – the original brainchild’s offshoot.

Neighbourhood Festival Manchester will be held in various venues across the city’s centre, including The Bread Shed, Deaf Institute and Night People, on October 6, 2018.  The official first lineup announcement for the all-dayer is set to be revealed on May 21, at 7 pm.

Ahead of the bill being released on Monday, Neighbourhood has announced the first venues to be confirmed to be taking part in this year’s event. They are all listed below.

The 2017 event was headlined by Peace and Rat Boy, alongside key players in the Manchester music scene performing across the all-dayer, such as The Blinders, Rory Wynne and No Hot Ashes.  If last years event was anything to go off, Neighbourhood Festival can only get bigger, bolder and marginally better from here.
