KENNEY JONES’ NICE RECORDS CELEBRATE 60 YEARS OF UK NO.1 ‘ALL OR NOTHING’ WITH
RELEASE OF NEW LIMITED EDITION ‘SMALL FACES DECCA SINGLES 1965-1967’ BOX-SET
NUMBERED 500 EDITION 8 x 7-INCH BOX-SET – OUT 17th JULY 2026
AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY VIA www.nicerecords.co.uk
This summer marks sixty years since ‘All Or Nothing’ carried four London boys to the very top of the UK charts. To celebrate that 60th anniversary, all eight of the Small Faces classic Decca Records singles from 1965-1967 have been repressed from the original Decca master tapes and presented in replicas of their rare Dutch picture sleeves to form a beautiful new limited edition box set via Kenney Jones’ much-lauded Nice Records label.
The ‘Small Faces Decca Singles 1965-1967’ box set boasts a hard shell outer case which features photographer Tony Gale’s iconic shot of the Small Faces outside their house at 22 Westmoreland Terrace in Pimlico. Each box set will be individually numbered 001 – 500 and will never be re-pressed.
This strictly limited anniversary edition will be released on 17th July 2026 and is available to pre-order now whilst stocks last via Kenney’s Nice Records website www.nicerecords.co.uk
When Steve Marriott, Ronnie Lane, Kenney Jones and Jimmy Winston signed to manager Don Arden’s Contemporary Records management company in June 1965, they were not yet the band the world would come to recognise. Just one month later, when Contemporary began licencing Small Faces recordings to Decca Records, the teenage band were plugged into the East End and West End mod scenes, already building a large following. With Ian McLagan soon replacing Winston, they had two years to make their mark on Decca before making the move to Immediate Records.

What came out of those Decca sessions was a run of hit singles that helped define British pop in the mid-Sixties – eight 7-inch records, sixteen sides, one chart-topper and a sound that has lost none of its power and swagger in the ensuing six decades.
Every Small Faces 7-inch record released by Decca Records in that two year period is included in this new box-set, all housed in their much sought after Dutch picture sleeves (with original Decca labels), including the cancelled Dutch single ‘I’ve Got Mine’ which features previously unseen artwork from Kenney Jones’ personal Small Faces archive.
Each box set will include a lavishly-illustrated 16-page booklet featuring rare photos, original memorabilia and full track-by-track information for each Decca single A and B side.
The singles have been mastered to vinyl by Nick Robbins from the original Decca master tapes, with graphic design and artwork by Phil Smee (who was given access to the Small Faces archive), all lovingly curated by surviving Small Faces member Kenney Jones.
Record 1: Whatcha Gonna Do About It / What’s A Matter Baby
Record 2: I’ve Got Mine / It’s Too Late
Record 3: Sha La La La Lee / Grow Your Own
Record 4: Hey Girl / Almost Grown
Record 5: All Or Nothing / Understanding
Record 6: My Mind’s Eye / I Can’t Dance With You
Record 7: I Can’t Make It / I Can’t Make It
Record 8: Patterns / E Too D
In further news, Kenney Jones is also pleased to announce that a second companion volume Small Faces hard-shell 7-inch box set will be released this autumn. ‘Small Faces Immediate Singles 1967-1969’ will feature replicas of all seven of the legendary band’s Immediate singles, mastered to vinyl from the original master tapes, again available as a strictly limited edition of 500 individually numbered box-sets exclusively from Nice Records.
