Nick Brewer announces headline London show and shares new track

Gigslutz favourite Essex rapper Nick Brewer has announce that he will be playing a headline show at Dalston’s The Victoria on 11th May.

Following a number of huge EP’s in the last 12 months and collaborations with the likes of Stormzy, Tink, Little Simz and Ghetts, Brewer is definitely an artist on the rise. Having recently toured with US rapper logic, it will be interesting to see how Brewer has crafted his live performances and we will be there on the night to bring you our review of the show.

You can grab your tickets for the show here, but if you aren’t able to make the show on 11th May, then you can catch Brewer at one of these upcoming dates:

The Great Escape Festival

14th May, Black Jack London Stage

Wireless Festival

4th July – Finsbury Park, London

Reading and Leeds Festival

August, Reading (date and time TBC)
August, Leeds (date and time TBC)

But not only has the ‘Jet Li’ rapper decided to share news of a headline show, he has also teamed up with ‘grime producer of the moment’ Z Dot for the infectiously catchy ‘Like That’. Following big collaborations with the Stormzy (Know Me From) and Lady Lykez (Don’t Care), Z Dot has provided the canvas for Brewer to make his mark on and in true ‘Nick Brewer style’, he does just that.

With his usual fast-paced flow and dextrous wordplay, Brewer melds flawlessly with Z Dot’s skippy, string-lead grime sound and with festival season just around the corner, prepare to hear this one blasting out of speakers all over the place.

Make sure you keep up to date with all the latest from Nick Brewer via Twitter and Facebook.
