Glasgow’s Heavy Rapids have come storming out the blocks in what looks set to be a breakthrough year for the band who impressed at TNSMT festival last year and supported the likes of Baby Strange and Sheafs.

Brand new track  ‘Crying Shame’ is a behemoth of a tune with an important message, slamming (hard) the growing number of today’s youth who look, dress, and act identically, blandly and surround themselves with false icons from our reality TV driven world. Ya know, TOWIE, Love Island and all that bollocks. The band’s anger shines gloriously through on the track, by far their best yet and is a real statement of intent. Onwards.

The track was produced at 7 West Studios, Glasgow by Chris Marshall and Johnny Madden [Baby Strange] and is available via a limited run of 50 cassette tapes as part of ‘Pulling Teeth Records’ Cassette Club. For more music, info + shows click HERE
