Premiere: Pioneers release new track ‘I Don’t Think I’ve Changed’

PIONEERS are to release coming-of-age Indie anthem ‘I DON’T THINK I’VE CHANGED’. Following on from popular singles  such as ‘Take Time’, which was made BBC Introducing Track of the week, and ‘Eraser’, the band are looking to take it to the next level.

New single ‘I Don’t Think I’ve Changed’ is an arresting evocation of teenage adolescence with straight-laced lyrics from singer Sam Watts lamenting the obligation of growing up. The track brings together an infectious guitar line with a thumping rhythm which draws you into the frenzy of a chorus.

The band been growing substantially in recent times which included a sold out show at Engine Rooms, in their local city of Southampton, and had this to say on their new single “We have tried to show a more mature side with this new single, whilst acknowledging the jump from the security of youth to the vulnerability of adult life.”

Check out the single now before it’s official release on the 30th August.
