Taken from their EP A Broadcast from TV ME, and ahead of an imminent debut album, Liverpool’s TV ME have shared the video for ‘Opal Fruits.’
With the band inspired by “Playstations, memories of old computers and regurgitated pop culture,” ‘Opal Fruits’ is no exception. Trippy, retro graphics are a nostalgic nod to childhood, while their psych-pop sound (though undoubtedly tinged with sentimentality) fits perfectly into the here and now.
It’s an exciting offering to keep us ticking over until we’re treated to the album.
