Shystie: Westwood Crib Session & new single ‘Let Me Go’

Having featured Shystie regularly on Gigslutz since the urban section was created almost a year ago, we are yet to hear a bad track from the East London artist. Thankfully for us, that streak continues with her latest offering, which technically isn’t a new track, but is instead a crib session with the legendary Tim Westwood.

Filmed at the back end of 2014, the crib session, which saw Shystie freestyle over beats including OT Genesis’ ‘Coco’, showcased the ability that Shystie has both lyrically and in terms of her flow and confirmed exactly why she has remained one of the most respected female urban artists in the UK over the last ten years.

With her latest track ‘Let Me Go’, which we featured at the end of 2014, now available for download on iTunes here and her Exhilation EP set to be released later this year, there is a lot of excitement around Shystie and her Star Work Music team and with the quality of output that we have seen from her, justifiably so.

Make sure you follow Shystie on Twitter and Facebook to keep up to date with all the latest news  and info on that EP and more…
