The Norwegian pop outfit Donkeyboy have set free another single entitled ‘It’ll Be Alright’ from their forthcoming untitled fourth album. It follows on from ‘Kaleidoscope’, which along with ‘City Boy’ and the addictive ‘Ambitions’ helped them become household names. Though, you may know the latter because of X-Factor winner Joe McElderry’s inferior cover.

It’s clear they’ve been enjoying the latest Empire of The Sun and Bastille records, but the Sundberg brothers can certainly write a shimmery pop song by themselves. Can ‘It’ll Be Alright’ be the track that can break the quartet outside of Scandinavia? Possibly, but how far can a band named after an ass really go ?
