VIDEO PREMIERE: Airways - 'One Foot'

Airways have been busy supporting Nothing But Thieves, Sunset Sons, and The Hunna on their UK tours, but the Peterborough-based band are making waves of their own. Here at Gigslutz, we’re proud to premiere their video for second single ‘One Foot’.

The video features the band and vocalist Jake lounging around in – well, a lounge – extrapolating about the numerous ways they’ve failed to get one foot in front of the other, before venturing outside to find that others have been struggling in a similar way. The track was featured as a ‘Track Of The Week’ on Radio 1, and the band were picked to play on the BBC Introducing stage at Reading & Leeds last year.

Airways will be playing a string of live dates across the UK at the beginning of this year, starting with Mama Roux’s in Birmingham on the 8th of February, and finishing with a hometown show at Peterborough’s Met Lounge on February 11th. If drummer Brian can move from Chicago to Peterborough to join the band, the least you can do is buy a ticket to an Airways show near you.
