Video Premiere: Patch And The Giant (feat. Nick Trepka) – ‘Lonely This Christmas’

Since releasing their debut EP back in 2013, alt-folk collective Patch And The Giant have been receiving acclaim from the likes of BBC Radio 2 and Bob Harris, and have wowed crowds at a number of festivals including Green Man, Cambridge Folk Festival and Secret Garden Party. Now, set to release their first full-length album in February next year, the band have shared a bit of festive joy with their new single.

Brave enough to cover the Mud classic ‘Lonely This Christmas’, Patch And The Giant bring their own unique, energy-fuelled folky touch to the infamous track, creating a musically rich and immediately catchy rendition. It’s enough to fill even the biggest scrooges out there with their fair share of Yuletide cheer!
