WATCH: Bouts – ‘Love’s Lost Landings (Pt. 1)’

Dublin indie rockers Bouts have shared bright new visuals for their latest single ‘Love’s Lost Landings (Pt. 1)’, the euphoric follow-up to previous single ‘Face Up’. The new song is taken from the band’s highly-anticipated second album Flow, which is set for release in January 2019.

The lads have resurfaced five years after the release of their debut album, Nothing Good Gets Away, and their new material proves they’ve lost none of their momentum.  The video for ‘Love’s Lost Landings (Pt. 1)’ – directed by Paris/London-based French photographer Gwenaëlle Trannoy – provides the perfect back drop for Bouts’ melodic guitar riffs and upbeat vocals. It shimmers with positivity, as front man Barry Bracken sings “Be good to yourself. Be good to me.”

Bouts have been championed by BBC 6 Music’s Lauren Laverne, and they’ve shared stages with Cloud Nothings, Yuck and Johnny Marr among others. Based between Amsterdam, London and Dublin, the band include Ash, Dinosaur Jr., Pavement, Pixies, Yo La Tengo and Weezer amongst their influences.
