Unrelenting, and unapologetically loud, ‘COL’ is a noisy ode to the excitement of a first date. As the band explain: “COL is a tale based on something we feel every young person should experience… the sheer panicked anticipation of a first date with a new crush. After arriving late (as always) following a long, nervous train journey, the date goes so well you don’t want it to end. Then the daunting feeling that the last train is about to leave, and it’s inappropriate to ask for a bed for the night. Queue aggressive station platform stomping anthem.”
