WATCH: Long Teeth – ‘Nice Guys’

London trio Long Teeth have released a video for their latest single ‘Nice Guys’, and it’s a colourful animated jibe at the type of self-entitled fellas who probably use the term “friend zone” in adult conversations. The track is taken from the band’s EP Canned Laughter, which was released earlier this year.

The video was created by animator Callum Scott-Dyson of CSD Videography (who was also the inspiration behind the video for the bands previous release ‘Pangea’), and his collage-style visuals are patched together much more effectively than the ‘Nice Guys’ the band are singing about. “Why you always in to arseholes, girl? That’s not very hygienic” asks lead vocalist Sam, before the track bursts in to life revealing its mantra-like chorus: “There’s nothing nice about Nice Guys”.

To celebrate the release of their new single, Long Teeth will be playing a free headline show at The Waiting Room in Stoke Newington tonight (event details here), so make sure you head down to hear this anthem in the flesh. Watch the video for ‘Nice Guys’ below and follow Long Teeth on Facebook for more updates.
