Southend indie-pop lads Youth Club are back with brand new single ‘Misunderstood’, and it’s full of the band’s trademark feel-good beats. We guarantee you’ll be reaching for your hairbrush as soon as the synths kick in, and singing “our love just wasn’t working out” at full volume whilst performing a knockout dance sequence to your own reflection in your mirror.

The new track is also accompanied by an ultra cool music video (shot by Absorb Films), which features footage of the band performing live at their local venue Chinnerys. The group have been busy on the festival circuit this summer, including a recent appearance at LeeFest, and are set to support pop princess Pixie Lott in Lincoln at The Engine Shed on Thursday 21st September.
