In The Woods Festival has decided to take an urban excursion to East London’s The Pickle Factory where it will treat audiences to a series of unique and intimate teaser performances ahead of September’s festival.
Like the festival, Out Of The Woods has been specifically designed to filter out unwanted noise and deliver performances from cutting-edge new talent.
A series of five events, each showcasing three separate artists handpicked by the festival’s extensive curation team, Out Of The Woods offers a perfectly mapped out evening of musical discovery. And the series finale in August will then stage the official festival warm up party.
The first Out Of The Woods night will take place on Thursday 16th March. Compered by Radio X new music authority John Kennedy, the night will be headlined by Speelburg; delivering soft textures, warm melodies and looping vocals, the band have recently been featured on 6 Music’s Recommends Playlist.
Support acts will include transatlantic indie band Cessna Deathwish and London-based female trio, Peluché.
Book your tickets for Out Of The Woods at Dice , £8 in advance. And get down to the first night on 16th March – doors 7.30pm until 11.00pm.
