Blondie have been announced as Phil Collin’s special guests at his British Summer Time show in June.
Blondie won’t be alone in helping Phil on the day. He’s also bringing along Mike + the Mechanics and Starsailor to warm up the crowd before his big performance.
Blondie are set to release their 11th studio album, Pollinator, on May 5. It sees them returning to a more band-oriented sound, and features collaborations with David Sitek (TV On The Radio), Johnny Marr, Sia, Nick Valensi (The Strokes), Charli XCX and Dev Hynes. Phil Collins will headline BST on June 30 and it’ll be his only UK and European festival performance of 2017. It’ll also see him play his biggest solo show to date.
