Hoyfest Cardiff’s best new music festival is back with a MONSTER line up headlined by Anteros & Himalayas

Hoyfest, the third installment of Cardiff’s newest and best new music festival, is back! And this time it’s a 2 day affair 29th – 30th Sept, get in in your diaries.  Previous line-ups have included VANT, Pretty Vicious, Estrons, Judas, Redfaces and many more. 2018 sees Hoyfest team up with world famous whiskey brand Jack Daniel’s to deliver their biggest year yet. The festival is the brainchild of local promoter Sam Hoy,and is an annual celebration showcasing some of the most exciting new music from both the local music scene and from around the country.

Cardiff’s rising stars Himalayas return to Hoyfest for the third consecutive year headlining the Saturday, their billing reflecting  increasing with their status and ever growing fanbase. After packing out shows all over the country, including massive support shows with Kaiser Chiefs and Trampolene as well as tearing up summer stages at IOW, Truck and Y Not, the home town boys return home for their biggest Cardiff headline show to date.

Anteros are one of the hottest properties around right now and headline the Sunday. The anthemic, infectious indie-pop sensations bring an unmissable live show to the stage. Massive single after massive single, championed by Radio 1’s Phil Taggart and Huw Stephens, Anteros return to Cardiff after a victorious Welsh debut in the capital as part of Independent Venue Week 2018 earlier this year.
