Twenty-four-year old Elli Ingram, a singer/songwriter signed to Island Records, has made her second taste of her forthcoming record, Love You Really, available to stream.
‘Better Alone’, the new single from Elli, is a bold statement. Teeming slick, archaic soul influences with Elli’s own-branded version of jazz, ‘Better Alone’ is the perfect introduction into the helm of what makes Elli tick, and allows our mind to wonder on what we can expect to find on Love You Really.
The debut album from Elli Ingram, coming on September 15 via Island Records, follows from the Brighton-born songstress’ mini-LP The Doghouse as well as the Sober EP, which was remarkably released independently. Since then, she has been described as having “a rawness in her delivery that couldn’t be more unique” by NME and has made Love You Really her official debut, available to pre-order.
