EXCLUSIVE: Lionface premieres the video for ‘Stronger’ on Gigslutz

Lionface is the pseudonym for Bristol’s alt-pop electro rising artist Kat Marsh, whom some of you may recognise as the former bass-player and backing vocalist for The King Blues. Her previous track ‘Girl’ was a great success, receiving support and positive reviews from many corners.

Now Lionface is back and we are proud to bring you the premiere of the video for her second track ‘Stronger’, taken from her forthcoming double A-side single which showcases Marsh’s powerful and impressive vocals. ‘Stronger’ was recorded with producer Peter Miles (Dry The River, The Skints and We Are The Ocean) and was written from Lionface’s late grandmother’s perspective. Talking about the track, Marsh said,

My Grandad was killed when my dad was a teenager. ‘Stronger’ is about finding the strength to survive and to not let what happened destroy your family”

Check out the video below and let us know what you think via Twitter and Facebook. Also, make sure you check out Lionface’s other work and keep up to date with all the latest news, tour dates and more on Twitter and Facebook.
