There’s bands that live and breathe rock n roll. And then there’s Bull, whose story is remarkable and inspiring. The band formed late in 2011, originally as an ceilidh band (Irish folk music) and now sound like the love-child of Pavement and Super Furry Animals. 2016 saw them move to London, crashing on friends floors, relentlessly playing shows. 2017 it was off France and Germany, as well as touring the UK extensively, changing their line-up and recording regularly.

So far, 2018 has seen Bull record in Amsterdam with Remko Schouten (Pavement) and tour for 6 weeks in the USA, from New York to Austin for SXSW then back up the East Coast from Austin to Boston. On a day off in North Carolina they recorded the video for ‘Perfect Teeth’, releasing it the next day. The band will be touring the Netherlands and the UK in May with Canshaker Pi, with plans for an extensive European tour in September. As we said, remarkable. Ones to watch.
