This Feeling Track of the Day : Sad Boys Club ’15/01′

Sad Boys Club’s new single ’15/01′ is online now and finds frontman Jacob Wheldon seeking solace and inspiration from his diary…“I started writing diary entries following a crisis of confidence a couple of years ago, in the hope of better understanding myself. ’15/01′ was the start of that process of trying to take some more responsibility. It’s unfinished business but the track serves as a bookmark. Bloody long book.”

And if the results are as good as this, it’s one we’re very much looking forward to. The band manage to merge influences such as The Cure, Echo and The Bunnymen and The Smiths, titans of the musical world, and make a sound that’s entirely their own. A very, very exciting new band.
