Fever Joy release new gritty alt/pop track ‘Crazy Love’

Alt pop duo Fever Joy have just released their new single ‘Crazy Love’ and it’s giving us crazy feels. The Los Angeles based band have been teasing us with singles on the lead up to their highly anticipated five-track EP Reflections and we’re yet to be disappointed. Fever Joy worked alongside Brian Lucey on the new music – Lucey is known for his work with Cage The Elephant and Arctic Monkeys and we can definitely hear from influences in the duo’s new releases. A unique concoction of gritty guitars, rocketting synth soundscapes and lead singer Avery Robitaille’s seductively velvet vocals, ‘Crazy Love’ demonstrates the band’s desire to provide emotion-fuelled music and honest narratives.

Each single off the upcoming EP describes life experiences and the journey of self exploration and discovery. Robitaille reveals, “The singles are about empowerment, honesty, taking off a filter, telling things for how they are, and just being open and honest about how certain life experiences made us feel”. Oozing with brooding instrumentation with flickers of shimmering synths, Fever Joy have crafted a distinct sound which has been resonating with Los Angeles audiences and beyond. ‘Crazy Love’ gives us another taste of what to expect from the upcoming EP and we can’t wait for dessert.
