Due for release on 9 June – the day after what’s been a truly terrifying and extremely divisive general election for the UK – and telling tales of an impending apocalypse, we can only hope La Bête Blooms’ latest single ‘Lost and Found’ isn’t prophetic.
What we’re certain it is, however, is exactly what we need: a raucous 2-and-a-half minutes that tells tales of what could happen if we let the world slip into the wrong hands this week. A warning of the often terrible results of apathy.
It also sees La Bête Blooms establish a sound that, while not not present in previously releases, appears to have landed firmly on its feet in ‘Lost and Found.’ It’s loud, it’s exciting and if it doesn’t make you want to power to your polling station, there’s no hope.
