Kav of Happy Mondays fame was showcasing new material for some rock n roll dignataries, with his band The Blaggers. I got my greasy paws on some exclusive tickets and had a chat with the man which includes a bizarre story about Shaun Ryder being the weatherman.

Met some great friends of Kav’s from Leicester days of yore including Rembot and Martin Pickering the talented video director.

Highlight of the set had to be the track Sonic Soul Lovin’, the video of which is well worth your time on youtube.

Kav also discusses new tracks, Jim the drummer, first inspirations, his top rock n roll story and Roskildespikings!
