Hailing from Hartlepool, four piece indie-rockers Rainy Daze are distinctly enthused with both passion and talent. Having only released three tracks on Spotify, they really showcase the potential of a prospering band.

‘Find You’ begins with a simply satisfying riff. The track flows with tranquility until it proceeds into climactic completion. Without a doubt, this is their best track so far and portrays the capability of the band as a whole.

Opposing the indie rock tones of ‘Find You’, ‘Boomstick’ has a much more synthesised techno sound present. Again in ‘Harem’, an alternative approach is taken, though this time infused with Indian-influenced tones. Catchy melodies are present throughout both tracks, becoming increasingly memorable and fulfilling.

Rainy Daze have only just begun, but from these few samples of what they can do, they’re definitely far from the end.
