“Never Know” is the first single to come from the newly branded ‘Modern Native’ and is due to be released on 30th January.

London’s Modern Native sound includes 80’s inclined indie-pop which brings together inspiration from Prince and Michael Jackson, mixed with the likes of Fickle Friends and The 1975.

Having previously released under ‘DOM’, the songwriter/producer accumulated over 100k streams in approximately 8 months. ‘Modern Native’ serves as the next chapter in Dom Scialo’s adventures.

The music and branding are to remain the same. However DOM found himself working with an increasing number of writers and musicians. This ensured it no longer felt like a ‘solo’ project and evolved into something more encompassing of the people involved.
