VIDEO PREMIERE: Candy Opera – These Days Are Ours

This is the sound of Candy Opera now!

Liverpool’s pop craftsmen release These Days Are Ours, the first single taken from their new album, The Patron Saint Of Heartache, which is due for release in early November…  their first new material for nearly three decades!

Mixed by Grammy Award winner, Guy Massey and featuring background vocals by Paul Simpson of The Wild Swans, the track was recorded at Elevator Studios in Liverpool and is a rally cry of hope for the current times. These Days Are Ours is an exquisitely produced, adrenalin-fuelled pop song which captures the essence of Candy Opera’s infectious energy and celebrates life with a genuine wonder-lust, whilst delivering the excitement of their live performances.

This exciting new single has all the hallmarks of an enduring pop anthem. Sometimes it takes a while to realise what you’ve got. Roll down the car windows… drive into the sun… enjoy life… because… These Days Are Ours!
