NEWS: Tupac Shakar movie ‘All Eyez On Me’ is on the way

After the success of the brilliant ‘Straight Outta Compton’ biopic which detailed the rise of notorious rap group NWA, we’re now about to start getting excited for a film about another Hip Hop star. The Tupac Shakur bopic ‘All Eyez On Me‘ which chronicles the life of the legendary rapper, poet and revolutionary is rumoured set for release later this year.

‘All Eyez On Me’ is directed by Benny Boom from a screenplay by Jeremy Haft and Eddie Gonzalez.  The film starring Demetrius Shipp Jr. in the role of Tupac Shakur, is produced by Morgan Creek’s James G. Robinson and David Robinson, along with LT Hutton and executive producer Afeni Shakur and whilst no official release date has been announced, the production company behind the release has just launched the social media pages for the bopic which tells us that it’s not too far away.

Whilst there’s no official trailer yet, you can get all the latest info on the project via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and with Tupac being one of the most iconic rappers of all time, it’s certainly going to be something you’ll want to check out. Check out some images and behind the scenes footage from the film via the video below for a taste of what to expect.
